Kathy was born and raised in the Phillipines and came to the U.S. in 2004. She and her husband live with their daughter and two guinea pigs in Franklin, TN. Kathy graduated from the University of San Agustin with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. As Laboratory Supervisor, Kathy oversees the daily operations of our main laboratory, satellite laboratory, and manages laboratory staff.

Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Krista came to Nashville after calling Texas home for many years. She describes herself as an empty nester and proud mom to a cardiac RN daughter and a musician son. She's now kept busy at home with her Morkie, Max, who "thinks he runs the show, but is afraid to walk on the hardwood floors." At UA, Krista is the front office supervisor for and keeps everything running smoothly at our Urology Surgery Center. Krista has always had a passion for serving in the medical field. Starting out as a surgical tech, she held several different roles with various medical companies throughout the years. When asked what drives her here at UA, she points to our exceptional commitment to patient care and the ability to deliver that despite being in a non-clinical role. "No detail is too small," she says, "and I truly believe keeping the patient’s well-being at the forefront of every decision I make is evidenced by that."

Originally from the Phillipines, BJ calls White Bluff home these days. BJ joined Urology Associates in 2018 as a scrub tech in our Urology Surgery Center. As purchasing coordinator, BJ ensures our offices have all the necessary supplies on hand when needed. When he's not keeping things running smoothly here at UA, chances are this angler is on one of Tennessee's numerous waterways, rod and reel in hand, trying to hit the bag limit.

Courtney calls Dickson, Tennessee home and considers herself lucky to have been born and raised in this charming Middle Tennessee community and still calls it home today. She joined Urology Associates in 2014, first in our scanning department, then charge posting, and now oversees our front desk and scanning departments. Today, as Front Office and Scanning Supervisor, Courtney manages operations in these two critical areas of the practice. She brings unparalleled enthusiasm and her quirky sense of humor to her co-workers and the patients she encounters every day.

Hannah Heser, originally from Omaha, NE, has called Nashville home for over three years. She earned her degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she began laying the foundation for her career. Since then, Hannah has honed her skills in the Marketing industry and is eager to continue her professional journey with Urology Associates. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking at Radnor Lake, writing and singing songs, working on her faith-based podcast, and traveling. She also values spending quality time with friends, embracing life's simple joys.

Claire Lockhart is a native of Nashville, TN, though she spent much of her childhood training up north as a dedicated figure skater. After she retired from the sport, Claire focused on her education and earned both her Master's degree and PhD in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
In 2023, Claire joined Urology Associates, initially working in the Research Department before transitioning into her current role as Care Coordinator Supervisor. With a deep passion for patient care, Claire finds inspiration in helping patients and their families navigate through difficult times.
Outside of work, Claire is a proud mother to one daughter and three cats, and has been happily married for 13 years. Her all-time favorite quote is, "This too shall pass," a good reminder that challenges are temporary. With a heart for compassion and dedication to healthcare, Claire continues to make a lasting impact on those she serves.

Ryn was born in Alabama, grew up in Franklin, and now lives in Hermitage, TN. She joined Urology Associates in 2020 as a patient navigator, then took on additional roles involving staff training and credentialing. Today, as Training Coordinator, Ryn oversees the onboarding of new employees and the continuing training of existing staff. Ryn says, "It is always a new day at UA and I am so grateful to be a part of the team. I can’t wait to see what my next assignment will be!"

Ryn and her husband, David, have one son, U.S. Army Captain Jeremy Sledge, and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing cards and board games, crafting, and reading.

Nicole Sutton is a dedicated medical professional with a passion for patient care and medical coding. Born in Loma Linda, CA, and raised in Lenoir, NC, she now resides in Goodlettsville, TN, with her husband Cory of 15 years and their African Grey Parrot, Fritz, Nicole's career in healthcare began at the age of 14 when she worked in her father's OB/GYN practice. After living in various states across the country, such as West Virginia, New Mexico, and Nebraska, she settled in Nashville, TN, to be closer to her family and friends.
Nicole's experience spans several roles within the medical field. She worked as a Medical Assistant at Urology Associates from 2009 to 2016, after which she transitioned into medical coding following her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) training. She enjoys the challenge of coding procedures accurately and continuously expands her knowledge in the medical billing and coding world. Outside of work, Nicole loves camping, hiking to waterfalls, and beach trips. Her dedication to providing quality, compassionate patient care remains her top professional priority.

Originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Danielle studied at Stillman College and attended Nashville College of Medical Careers. She joined Urology Associates in 2015, first at our Summit office, and then at our Mount Juliet location as a Team Lead. She and her husband are high school sweethearts, reside in Murfreesboro, TN, and have three children: two sons (ages 20 and 17) and a daughter (age 11). In her free time, Danielle enjoys shopping and cheers on the Crimson Tide. RTR!

Born in Florida and coming to us from Torrington, Connecticut, John first gained experience performing x-rays and fluoroscopy for spinal injections. He then worked in the dermatology field, performing skin cancer and cosmetic surgeries, and in cardiovascular, which led to his work in research. John and his wife have four children and have a menagerie at their home in White Bluff, TN, including dogs, cats, mini ponies and a horse. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and coaching youth sports. “As part of Urology Associates’ research team, we have an obligation to employ the newest groundbreaking treatment options to ensure our patients are recipients of the most current clinical advances,” said Viselli. “We do this by sustaining processes that maintain research ethics, regulatory compliance, and scientific integrity.”

Chanda was born and raised in Carthage, Tennessee, a small town she loves and will always call home. After receiving her RT certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Chanda began her Radiology career in 1993. With her career in full swing, she joined the UA team in 2001. She has one son, Blake, who is a paramedic/firefighter in Lebanon. Chanda and her fiancé, Ricky, enjoy fishing, spending time with family and friends, and taking trips to the mountains. She takes pride in watching and being the #1 fan of her fiancé’s band. In her free time, she loves to draw, paint, and spoil her dogs.
