Originally from Canton, Ohio, Dr. William Tissot received a BS in chemistry and biochemistry from the University of Michigan. Dr. Tissot then went on to receive his MD from Medical College of Ohio, where he graduated first in his class and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at William Beaumont Hospital where he became chief urology resident.  Dr. Tissot has practiced urology since 2002.
